An In-Depth Look at the LandHerb 5-Phase Professional Process

In the world of interior design and luxury landscaping, a vertical garden is more than just a decorative element—it is a living, breathing piece of technology. At LandHerb, we have perfected a comprehensive 5-phase workflow designed to ensure that every installation is seamless, sustainable, and high-performing. By combining botanical expertise with smart engineering, we take your greenery from a simple concept to a fully automated masterpiece.

Here is an expanded look at our professional journey.

Phase 1: Pre-Production – Laying the Foundation

A successful project begins long before the first plant is potted. This phase is dedicated to precision and alignment with the client’s vision. Inquiry & Consultation: We start by gathering detailed requirements, including the desired dimensions, the specific placement location, and the overall interior style of the space. Our team then provides expert plant recommendations based on the specific lighting conditions—whether the environment is a home, villa, hotel, restaurant, or office.

  • Quotation & Design Approval: Transparency is key. We send an official price quotation that includes options for our various subscription packages. To ensure the client is confident in the aesthetic, we provide simple 3D visualizations or photo references to show exactly how the product will fit into their space. Down Payment (DP) & Order Lock: Once the client makes the initial DP payment (typically 50%), the order is officially locked into our production system, triggering the manufacturing process.

Phase 2: Production – Craftsmanship Meets Technology

During this stage, our fabrication team and horticulturists work in tandem to build a durable and beautiful unit. Frame Fabrication: We construct the frame according to FLUX specifications. This includes high-quality finishing such as powder coating and anti-rust treatments to ensure the structure lasts for years, along with the installation of your custom logo.

Irrigation & Smart System Integration: Our units are “smart” by design. We install internal water tanks, pumps, and a sophisticated drip irrigation system. Every single unit undergoes a rigorous 24-hour water system leak test to guarantee reliability before it leaves our facility. Plant Curating & Potting: We begin by setting up the growth substrate. Our horticulturists then select fresh, premium plants from Venur (Vertical Nursery) and arrange them into the module according to the agreed-upon aesthetic design.

Phase 3: Quality Assurance – The LandHerb Standard

Quality is never an accident. Phase 3 is our final checkpoint to ensure every detail is perfect. Final Quality Control (QC): We perform an exhaustive final check covering wheel stability, frame cleanliness, plant health, and the full functionality of the water automation system. Documentation for Client: We believe in total transparency. Before shipping, we send high-quality photos and videos of the finished unit to the client for final confirmation. Scheduling Delivery: Logistics are handled with care. We coordinate delivery timing to ensure it does not conflict with villa work schedules, guest stays, or ongoing interior renovation timelines.

Phase 4: Delivery & Setup – White-Glove Installation

Our delivery process is designed to be as stress-free as possible for the client, ensuring the unit arrives and functions perfectly. Secure Packaging & Loading: We use specialized packaging to ensure no plants are broken or damaged during transit. Our transport units are specifically chosen to be safe from strong winds, which is vital for sensitive indoor plants. On-Site Delivery & Unboxing: Upon arrival, our team performs careful unloading. We utilize floor protectors during the unboxing process to ensure that no damage occurs to the floors of the office, hotel, villa, or cafe. Positioning & Final Setup: We place the unit in the exact spot requested by the designer or owner. We then fill the water tank for the first time and activate the automated system so the garden is functional immediately.

Phase 5: Handover – Empowering the Client

The final stage is about ensuring the long-term health of your new vertical garden. Education & Briefing: We provide a comprehensive briefing for the owner or staff, explaining how the irrigation system works, how to properly refill the water tank, and providing sunlight tips to keep the plants thriving. Handover Documentation: This includes the formal signing of the Handover Letter (BAST) and the provision of a “Care Card”—a manual for self-maintenance. Subscription Activation: For clients who have opted for our Basic or Premium Care packages, we schedule the first professional maintenance visit for the following month to ensure the garden continues to look its best.
